By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No financial advice
All recommendations, "Buy / Hold / Sell" signals, target prices, stop losses, IPO verdicts, and long-term outlooks are AI-generated outputs based on publicly available data and statistical models. They are not personal recommendations and may be wrong. Always consult a SEBON-licensed adviser before investing.
3. Market risk
Stock market investments — including NEPSE-listed equities, IPOs, FPOs, right shares, mutual funds and debentures — carry significant risk of loss. Past performance, including the 10-year context shown in reports, does not guarantee future results.
4. Data sources & accuracy
Live quotes are best-effort proxies of public NEPSE data and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. The 10-year historical series is a deterministic simulation generated from the symbol seed — it is not licensed historical NEPSE data and should not be used for backtesting or compliance.
5. AI limitations
The Service uses large language models (Lovable AI / Gemini). LLMs can hallucinate, misinterpret data, and produce confident but incorrect output. Always verify any numbers (entry, target, stop loss, RSI) against your broker before trading.
6. IPO applications
IPO information is curated for convenience only. We do not store your BOID, bank, or MeroShare credentials, and we cannot apply on your behalf — every "Apply" button is a deep link to the official CDSC MeroShare site.
7. Watchlist & alerts
Watchlists are stored in your browser's local storage only — we have no copy. Daily alerts are generated on demand. We do not send unsolicited messages.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service.
